At Hardware Haven, we aim to dispatch orders quickly and keep delivery costs simple and transparent. Please read our shipping policy below for information regarding dispatch times, delivery services, and expected delivery windows.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

£3.99 (Including VAT)

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is expected within 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Available for most mainland UK addresses.

2 Working Day Shipping

£5.99 (Including VAT)

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery is expected within 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Available for most mainland UK addresses.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Shipment confirmation and tracking information, where available, will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Courier network disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs processing (where applicable)
  • Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

Hardware Haven cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Where possible, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any damaged packaging or products
  • A description of the issue

This will help us investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
